What happens when talented vendors put their minds together & add a bit of creativity? An amazing autumn stylized shoot!

This shoot was planned and designed by Allure Events & Hospitality. I was born & raised on Cape Breton Island and could not wait to showcase some of it's beauty with you. I have been eager to plan & design a winter shoot at one of Cape Breton's coziest lodges.

The theme for this shoot is Romantic Rustic. The palette is warm tones and includes deep reds, cream, raw wood, & gold. Since this was a romantic shoot we wanted to incorporate lots of warm tones & cozy textures including a crackling fire & glowing candles, velvet fabrics, and juicy fruits. The bounty table draped in burgandy velvet and covered in lush fruits & flowers tied in the romance & rustic aspects perfectly.

One of my favourite inclusions is the stone fireplace backdrop.
